Yoga training at COSUNITM is viewed from holistic point of view. we not only believe in the motto "we are what we eat", but also in 'we are what we think'. the overall fitness comes from providing nourishment to body, mind, and self. To this end we provide following services to students:

1. Basic Hatha Yoga training for physical fitness.
2. Dietary guidelines.
3. Assistance in Behavioral modification training to attain stress free lifestyle.
4. Yoga accessories.

At cosuniTM we offer Hatha Yoga classless. For those who wishes to derive health benefits of Yoga will greatly appreciate the Hatha Yoga routines, if done daily throughout their life, will provide student with an opportunity in extending their life span while assisting them in maintaining a more vigorous control over entire body. A student who is drawn to Yoga from spiritual context has the opportunity to pursue more rigorous ancient training in Hatha Yoga.

Student will learn Asanas, Pranayama (Breath retension,  & control), Mudras & Bhandas (locks & Knot) techniques to retain Prana.

Using a sequence of long-held poses, you'll gain introspection and move your body to a heightened state of physiological relaxation. It is a perfect way to cleanse your mind and body of anxiety, tension, and stress from the day.
